There are many deficiency diseases caused by missing nutrients. Most of them are caused by a missing minerals and vitamin from the daily diet. A diet low in proteins, fats and carbohydrates can also cause different deficiency diseases. Examples of deficiency diseases include beri beri, scurvy, anemia, rickets and goiter. Mostly the poor and developing countries kids and even adults mostly suffer these types of diseases. They lack tow times meals per day, balance diet with all these nutrients are like dreams for them.
